Nami, the chosen guardian of the Island Nation. He is approached by Bearing unwillingly and lead to challenge the Fire, Wind and Earth tomes en route to the island's central valley. There he must defeat the Black Tide, a force of nature embodied, in order to restore balance to the world's climate.
